The monthly plan is $5 a month. The yearly plan is about $4.17 a month, billed $50 a year: 2 months free compared with paying monthly. Both plans give you the same membership.
Online, any time. Sign in, open Account and choose Cancel membership. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except in the few cases listed in our Cancellation and refund policy. If you were charged by mistake, contact us and we'll put it right.
Yes, any time from Account. Moving to a longer plan takes effect right away: a new billing period starts that day, and you are charged the new plan's price less a credit for the unused part of your current period. The credit reduces that charge; it is not a refund. If that charge doesn't go through, your plan doesn't change. Moving to a shorter plan takes effect at your next renewal. Until then you keep your current plan, and you can undo the switch in Account.
Payments are handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
